Overview

Gap Creek Moto wished to use CNXION to allow users to book the day trip and camping facilities available at their motocross park as well as notify site visitors about the latest news and events.

Gap Creek Moto also wanted to improve the appearance, usability and maintainability of their website by deploying the platform using CNXION.

Outcome

CNXION improved the appearance and usability of the landing page by optimising the information hierarchy, speed and mobile responsiveness of the site content and adding links with feature images to all major site sections from the landing page. Highly visible calls to action were also used to direct users to the main functionality of the site, the booking system.

One pain point Gap Creek Moto recognised with their previous system was that they required park visitors to complete a waiver form before they may enter the property. CNXION added the waiver form to the site structure in order to make it clearly visible, and to notify users they must download, complete and print the waiver form before they may access the park.

The CNXION search feature was activated in order to give site visitors quick and easy access to any news and events posted by Gap Creek. A simple content management system is also available for Gap Creek Moto to login and manage site content.
