Open search
Investors can conduct open searches in either free text or along a number of predefined criteria (i.e. asset class, geography, industry, deal size etc.)
Deal approval
Deal providers accredited on the platform can send live deals to the DIX Global Investment Committee for high level due diligence and approval.
Search profiles
Investors can define multiple deal profiles that meet their investment criteria.
Deal moderation
Once approved by DIX Global Investment Committee, the deal will be published on the platform anonymously.
Customised notifications
Investors will be notified once a specific deal is matching with one of their search profiles.
Additional information requests
Deal providers will be immediately notified when family offices or private investors show interest in the deal and request additional information.
Due
diligence
Investors can request a detailed deal pack anonymously. If investors are interested to enter into direct contact with the deal provider, DIX Global will initialize an introduction as the next step.
